About Library

            The college possesses a well-stocked and well Equipped library. Library is computerized and Barcoded with E-Granthalaya Library Automation Software. There are more than 15,701 Books, 15 Journals ,193 Bound Volumes and 1012 Reference Books. The library provides OPAC(On line Public Access Catalogue) through which users can browse the status of documents & members. Library rendered various user friendly services like Reference Service, Bibliographical service, News Paper Clipping Service, Reprographic Services,Book Bank,etc. The Library Started Best Practices to provide effective Library services like Question Paper of Previous University Examinations, For selection of Books Every year Library organize Book Exhibition, New Arrivals are displayed , Best library User Award is given to Student etc. Library Provide E-Journals and E-Books through NLIST Consortia.

  • All the personal belongings such as text books, notebooks, files, briefcases, umbrellas etc. should be kept at the property counter. However calculator and plain paper for note taking can be brought inside the library.
  • Strict silence should be observed within the library. The member must show his/her identity card when demanded by the library staff. Keep Mobile Phone in silent mode.
  • Writing or underlining in the books, periodicals, maps etc. is not allowed.
  • All the students of the college are entitled to borrow books from the college Library by applying in the prescribed form.
  • Student can borrow not more than two books at a time from the library.
  • Every student is entitled to keep a book for 15 days from the date of issue
  • Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in the Library
  • If a student loses a book, the book should be either replaced or he/she should pay the amount if the book is not available or out of print.
