Celebration of Birth Anniversary of Dr. S.R. Ranganathan

The Library organizes a book exhibition every year on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Dr. S.R. Ranganathan on 12 August. To inculcate reading habits and develop a quality collection in the library, a two-day exhibition is conducted. Students and staff members actively visit and recommend books. The final selection is made with approval from the Head and subject experts.

Vachan Prerana Din

The library celebrates Vachan Prerana Din in memory of Late Dr. A.P.J. Kalam on 15 October. To enhance reading habits, activities such as Authors’ Talks, visits to nearby libraries, and information compilation are organized for students.

Samvidhan Din

The library celebrates Constitution Day also known as 'Samvidhan Divas', is celebrated in our country on 26th November every year to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India. On 26th November 1949, the Constituent Assembly of India adopted the Constitution of India, which came into effect from 26th January 1950.

Librarian Dr.M.M.Deshmukh oriented the students about the library Services in Induction Program Batch 2024-25
